Indian Students Triumph at Intel's International Science Fair

Once again the young Indians have made their presence on the world stage, bagging 6 awards at the Intel's International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). Here is the list of students and the awards: Shreyas Kapur - New Delhi - Google Thinking Big Award - Cellphone-based Optometry using Hybrid Images. Arvind Krishna Ranganathan - Mumbai - Deterministic Approach to the Position, Trajectory, and Collision Prediction of Particles within Bounded Two-Dimensional Environments  Suhani Sachin Jain and Divya Kranthi - Nagpur - Innovative Strategy using Endophytes for Effective Biocontrol of Insect Pests in Cotton Vasudev Malyan - Delhi - Novel Paper Sensor as a Diagnostic Test for Multiple Sclerosis  More than 1,700 young scientists selected from 419 affiliate fairs in 77 countries participated in the science fair including 16 Indian students.
